Today, it's my honor to present two representatives from the The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's amazing Team In Training (TNT) program. You'll hear from Helena Scott, Team In Training Senior Campaign Director, and David Dorfman, a TNT Honored Teammate. Team In Training (TNT) offers hands-on training unlike any other program. You'll get more help than with other charities, gyms, online training programs or sports clubs. Team in Training is comprised of an established network of coaches, mentors and teammates, built by The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society over the past 22 years. TNT helps set your training regimen. You get advice on nutrition and injury prevention. You participate in weekly team workouts to encourage others and stay on track. TNT trains for events around the country and abroad. Challenge yourself to complete a marathon, half marathon, triathlon, hiking event or 100-mile bike ride (what I'm doing). Jut pick the event that suits you. Travel to a destination with your team for a weekend. Or gear up for a local event closer to home. Get more information about TNT here: http://www.teamintraining.org/firsttimehere/tellmemore/ -- The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) is the world's largest voluntary health organization dedicated to funding blood cancer research, education and patient services. Since the first funding in 1954, LLS has awarded more than $680 million in research funding. ...Please note that I'm in Team in Training's bike program, and I invite you to make a contribution to my ride. ...FYI, I'm currently on leave due to my concussion but will soon gear up up again.
