Dr. Lilian Cheung, co-author of Savor: Mindful Eating, Mindful Life, will tell you how to use mindfulness to achieve a healthy weight and well-being. Dr. Cheung is a lecturer and director of health promotion and communication at the Harvard School of Public Health's Department of Nutrition. She also is the creator and editorial director of The Nutrition Source -- www.hsph.harvard.edu/nutritionsource -- the Harvard School of Public Health's nutrition website for journalists, health professionals and consumers. Dr. Cheung co-authored Savor with the recognized Vietnamese Buddhist Zen master Thich Nhat Hanh, also a poet, scholar and peace activist.
